Things to see and do
Every Friday through October 8 at 10am
Join us for a 1-hour tour, rain or shine, starting from the Manitowish Waters Community Center. The tour includes a video, cranberry samples, educational display and Q&A; then caravan in your own vehicle to the Vilas Cranberry Company marsh for an up-close look at the bogs – blooming, growing or being harvested – depending on the time of year visited.
All ages welcome, pre-registration not required.

Celebrate the cranberry harvest in Manitowish Waters at Cran-a-Rama. Activities include an arts and crafts fair, cooking contest, cranberry count contest, free cranberry samples, bake sale, Taste of Harvest with area restaurants, and free cranberry marsh tours.
Do you love to bake or cook? Join our Cranberry Cooking Contest! The overall winner will receive a scenic float plane ride for two. Download the cooking contest application and bring it along with your entry on October 2.
