Memory Café Events - “The Joy of Cooking (and eating)” @ Frank B. Koller Library
This is a nationwide movement provided in a safe, comfortable, engaging environment where people can gather to laugh, learn, and remain socially engaged with others. It is a wonderful opportunity for people who are experiencing mild memory loss, OR just want to keep memory skills active, have fun and share experiences with friends and neighbors. The second scheduled event, “The Joy of Cooking (and eating)” will help release fond memories of baking and cooking aromas. They will talk about cookbooks, foods and the history of your cooking skills.  There will also be a cooking demonstration and something good to eat!  No sign-up necessary.  This is a FREE program!   Remember, extra parking is available next door at our Community Building. Volunteers are needed to help facilitate the monthly programs. New ideas and suggestions are welcome.
