Chef Arlene Coco is back to share recipes and expertise on concocting a tasty Charcuterie board that will up your game! You will learn about preparing Flexitarian, Mediterranean, and other boards. This demo class will be a tasting class; sip a glass of sparkling juice or mimosa as you learn new ways to entertain stress-free or make beautiful holiday gifts for friends and family. You will go home with recipes, notes, slicing, and arranging techniques.
