Exercise Classes will run from June 26th through September 2nd
FIRST WEEK IS FREE (June 26th-July 2nd.) AFTER EACH SESSION WILL BE PRICES INDIVIDUALLY OR IN A DISCOUNTED PACKAGE.
All classes will start at 7:00am
Monday: Kayaking for fitness. Kayaking isn’t just great for relaxing and seeing the scenery. This class takes makes what you love to do, an exercise oriented activity!
Friday: Outdoor Group Strength. This class will involve medicine balls, kettle balls, and your own body weight! Work out, outside and burn as many calories as you can in this one hour class.
Saturday: Runner’s Club. A group of you and fellow community runners will run for about 30 minutes a class every Saturday.
Please reserve your spot by phone or email as early as possible. Classes are estimated to fill up fast!
