Camp Jorn YMCA, located on Red Feather Road off of CTH K 1/2 mile west of CTH W, accepts reservations for horseback trail rides mid-June through mid-August.  Call 715-543-8808 for more information.  

Otherwise, the nearest trail riding facilities would be Boulder Junction, Arbor Vitae, and Minocqua.
