We are so excited for you to meet Camp’s new Executive Director – Carrie Wilson. Carrie just joined Camp this January and they are thrilled to have her. After graduating from Northland College with a Biology degree, Carrie got her first camp director job at a small Girl Scout camp in Northern MN. Carrie spent 20 years with Girl Scouts, after which time she moved on to Camp Helen Brachman, serving central city low income youth and families from Milwaukee before moving to Camp Jorn. When not working, Carrie enjoys her three dogs, anything outdoors including canoeing, biking, fishing and hunting and spending her husband and three boys! Camp Jorn is excited to host this event to introduce you to Camp and the new director. Camp is situated on a 70+ acre peninsula of mature pine forest in Wisconsin’s Northern Highland State Forest – located on the shores of Rest Lake, part of the Manitowish Waters Chain of 10 lakes.
